What happens when I exceed my plan’s plot limit?

When your plot count increases beyond your current plan’s limit, you’ll automatically move to the next plan:

From Starter to Growth Plan: After 10 plots
From Growth to Scale Plan: From 200 plots
From Scale to Enterprise Plan: From 500 plots

Your pricing and onboarding fee will adjust according to the new plan.
You’ll be notified before any changes are applied.

How does the pricing work?

Ubrix monthly pricing is based on the number of plots you manage:

Starter Plan (1–10 plots): Free
Growth Plan (11–199 plots): £4.99 per plot/month
Scale Plan (200–499 plots): £4.74 per plot/month (5% discount)
Enterprise Plan (500+ plots): £4.49 per plot/month (10% discount)

A one-time onboarding fee applies for monthly subscribers.
Annual subscribers receive discounted pricing and no onboarding fees.

Are there any additional fees?

Ubrix pricing is simple and transparent — no per-user costs or hidden charges.

Monthly subscribers: A one-time onboarding fee applies, based on your selected plan:

Growth Plan: £250 onboarding fee
Scale Plan: £500 onboarding fee
Enterprise Plan: £1000 onboarding fee

This covers setup, data migration, and priority support.

Annual subscribers: The onboarding fee is waived, plus you receive a lower per-plot price, making it the best value option.

Tip: Go annual to save on both onboarding and per-plot costs.

Can I switch between plans?

Yes, absolutely. You can move between plans at any time as your number of plots increases or decreases.

If you exceed your current plan’s plot limit, you’ll automatically upgrade to the next plan.
If your plot count drops, you can request to move to a lower plan at your next billing cycle.
