Getting in touch

How quickly will someone get back to me?

The commercial team responds to enquiries within one business day, and usually much faster during UK working hours.

What happens in a demo?

A member of the team will walk through the parts of Ubrix most relevant to your role and business, typically sales progression, build compliance or aftercare. There is no obligation to proceed beyond the demo.

Can I speak to an existing customer?

Once a demo has taken place and there is a genuine fit, we are happy to arrange a conversation with an existing customer operating at a similar scale.

Do you offer support outside UK working hours?

Standard support operates during UK working hours. Extended support arrangements are available to customers on the enterprise tier as part of their service level agreement.

How quickly can we get up and running?

Most teams are live in under a day. There is no lengthy setup, no mandatory training and no complex data migration. You can start with one site or plot and scale from there.

Does Ubrix replace our existing systems?

Not necessarily. You can run Ubrix alongside what you already use, or connect it to your existing tools so everything works in one place. Most customers start with a single workflow and expand from there.

Can I use it across multiple developments?

Yes. Ubrix manages every plot across every development from a single dashboard, so you get portfolio wide visibility without losing site level detail.

What if we only have a small site?

Our Starter plan is free for up to ten plots, which works well for smaller developments, pilot schemes or teams evaluating the platform before a wider rollout.

How secure is Ubrix?

We are Cyber Essentials certified and registered with the ICO. Customer data is encrypted in transit and at rest, hosted in the UK, and handled in line with UK data protection standards.

Can buyers and contractors access Ubrix too?

Yes. Ubrix includes dedicated apps for buyers, contractors and your internal teams, so everyone stays informed without another email chain or phone call.

Will Ubrix reduce buyer call backs?

Yes. By keeping sales, build and aftercare connected in one place, Ubrix cuts the confusion that drives repeat calls from buyers chasing updates, which frees up your customer service team for higher value work.

Can it handle BREL and compliance evidence?

Yes. Ubrix captures BREL sign offs, stage checks and regulatory evidence as the work happens, so audit ready records are always in one place rather than scattered across paper sheets and inboxes.

Do you support our procurement and security processes?

Yes. We complete standard security questionnaires, sign NDAs on request and are familiar with the procurement standards common across housebuilders, principal contractors and housing providers. Our team will work with yours through the due diligence process.

What support is included?

All plans include UK business hours support by email and phone. Larger accounts can add extended support hours and a named account contact as part of an enterprise arrangement.
