What does Ubrix actually cost?
Ubrix is priced per plot, per month, starting at £3.25 with volume discounts applied automatically as your developments grow. There are no per user licences, no contractor charges and no homeowner fees, so adding people to the platform never increases the bill.
What does it cost as we grow?
Pricing scales by plot, with tiered volume discounts that take effect automatically as your active plot count rises. Larger customers pay less per plot, not more. The tiers and bands are set out in full above so you can model the cost as your business grows.
What are your payment terms?
Ubrix is billed monthly or annually, both at the per-plot rate. Annual customers receive a discount in exchange for the up-front commitment. Payment is by direct debit or bank transfer and contracts are straightforward, with no setup fees or hidden charges.
Are there any setup or hidden fees?
No. Onboarding, configuration, data import and standard support are included in the per-plot rate. The pricing you see is the pricing you pay.
Can we trial Ubrix before we commit?
Yes. A short live trial sits inside the onboarding flow if you want it, configured the same way as a live deployment so you can validate fit on real data before signing a contract.
