Ongoing support is included as part of every plan, covered by UK business-hours response over email and the in-product help channel. Standard queries are aimed at a same-working-day reply. Critical issues are escalated immediately and a named account contact is available for anything that needs more than a quick reply.

Can we move our existing aftercare data into Ubrix?

Yes. Open defects, plot records and contractor lists from your current system or spreadsheets can be imported during onboarding. We will work with you to map fields, validate the import and confirm everything reconciles before go-live, so no resident or open case is lost in the move.

How long does aftercare take to onboard?

Ubrix Aftercare is designed to be live within 7 days of sign off. Setup is configured around your existing trades, contractor list and defect categories so your team can start triaging straight away rather than learning a new model.
