Why we built Ubrix

We built Ubrix because we kept seeing the same operational problems across new-build housing. Some teams were holding everything together with spreadsheets, email threads and phone calls. Others had software in place but still found sales progression, build compliance and aftercare sitting in separate systems that did not talk to each other. The industry deserved better than that.

We bring software architecture and engineering experience into an industry where software has historically been an afterthought. Ubrix is designed around how sales, build and aftercare teams actually work day to day, not around a generic project management model stretched to fit.

We built Ubrix from the ground up as a single operational spine connecting sales, build and aftercare, rather than three separate products wired together. Every decision in the platform traces back to a real workflow inside a real business.
