Nobody retypes anything from Ubrix into another tool. No overnight exports. No support ticket asking a supplier to build a connection before your accounts package can see today's plot data. The information you own moves between your systems on its own, in the background, all day.
When the plot record needs to be handed to building control, a warranty provider or a regulator, it comes out complete: sign-offs, geotagged photos, sign-off names, dates, energy evidence. Minutes, not days. Nothing has been assembled from four sources on the morning of the request.
You are never locked in. Anything you buy later, whether it is a new reporting tool, a new accounts package or something the industry has not built yet, can connect to Ubrix on the same terms as everything else. Your data stays yours, and stays available.
The connection instructions for Ubrix are published openly. Any competent IT person or software supplier can pick them up and connect a system without needing to ask us first. Some platforms in this market offer pre-built connections to a fixed list of products, with anything else built on request by their team. Ubrix publishes its connection documentation openly.
