How we approach onboarding
Built to be live in a week, not a quarter
Ubrix is designed so a team can be configured, imported, trained and operating inside a week. No long implementation project, no formal training course, no half-built rollout. The four steps above are the same plan we run for every new team.

About the demo and what follows
How long does a demo take?
Around 30 minutes. We aim to leave 15 to 20 minutes for product walkthrough and 10 to 15 for your questions, scenarios and a quick discussion about what makes sense next.
Who should I bring to the demo?
Whoever owns the workflow you want to see in action. Sales managers for plot progression, build managers for site compliance, customer care for aftercare. Bringing more than one person is fine and often useful.
Do you offer a trial?
Yes, as an optional step inside the onboarding flow above. We will explain how it works and what it covers on the call, so the trial is configured the same way as a live deployment.
Do my team need training before they can use Ubrix?
No formal training is required. Ubrix is designed to be used straight away, with contextual help built into the product. We are also on hand during onboarding if anyone needs a walkthrough.
What about our existing tools and data?
Ubrix can run alongside what you already use, or connect to it via the integrations layer. We will discuss your stack on the demo and confirm what migrates and what stays where it is.
How quickly can we be live across our developments?
Ubrix is designed to have a team live in 7 days from sign off, following the 4 steps shown above. Where integrations are involved, those are planned in parallel with onboarding.
What does Ubrix cost?
Per plot, per month, starting at £3.25 with discounts at scale. No per user licences, no contractor or buyer charges. The pricing page has full detail and we are happy to talk it through on the call.
What does it cost as we grow?
Pricing scales by plot, with volume discounts applied automatically as your developments grow. There are no per user, contractor or homeowner fees, so adding people to the platform never increases the bill. Pricing tiers and discount bands are explained in full on the pricing page.
What about migrating our existing data?
Existing plot, contractor and aftercare data can be imported into Ubrix during onboarding. We will work with you to map data from your current spreadsheets or systems and validate the import together before you go live, so nothing is lost in the move.
What are your payment terms?
Ubrix is billed monthly or annually, both at the per-plot rate. Annual customers receive a discount in exchange for the up-front commitment. Payment is by direct debit or bank transfer and contracts are straightforward, with no setup fees or hidden charges.
