Common questions
No. Ubrix is a cloud platform your team logs into from any browser or the mobile app. There is nothing to install, no servers to stand up and no firewall changes to arrange. If you later want to connect Ubrix to another system, that is planned in with your account executive and does not delay go-live.

Nothing. Onboarding, configuration, data import, training and go-live support are all included in the per-plot rate. No implementation fee, no setup charge, no per-user seat licences.
Your onboarding lead stays with you for the first month with weekly check-ins by default. Standard support is included in your subscription from then on. You add sites, developments and integrations at your pace.
The first live plots run on Ubrix while everything else in your business carries on. You choose which slice of the plot lifecycle moves first and expand from there. Nothing is switched off until you say so.

* 7 days is a typical go-live for a residential SME or mid-market housebuilder. Actual timeline depends on plot volume, number and complexity of integrations, existing data quality, team availability for kick-off sessions, and any bespoke configuration. Larger multi-region operations run to a longer plan agreed up front. We confirm the right timeline together at kick-off.
