How it works
Three steps, run by us, signed off by you
Step 01
Discovery and data mapping
We start by understanding where your operational data lives today, whether that is a CRM, a build management tool, an aftercare system, shared spreadsheets or a mix. Each field is mapped to its home in Ubrix and anything that needs a decision before import is flagged with you.
Typically a 60 to 90 minute working session.
Step 02
Test import and validation
Your data is imported into a configured Ubrix workspace and validated alongside your team. Plot counts, contractor lists, open defects and any live buyer journeys are reconciled against your existing source so you can see exactly what landed where, before anyone signs off on the move.
Test imports run as many times as needed at no extra cost.
Step 03
Go-live with parallel running
When you are happy, we cut over and run Ubrix in parallel with your existing tools for a short overlap. Your team can refer back if needed, with the aim that operations move across cleanly inside a day. From here Ubrix is your operational spine, with onboarding support continuing in the background.

No surprise charges
Data import, field mapping, test runs and go-live support are included in the per-plot rate. No setup fees, no migration line items.
Your team stays in control
Sign off on the test import before go-live. We do not flip the switch on your behalf until you are confident the data is right.
Export anytime
If you ever choose to move away from Ubrix, your data is yours. Standard exports are available on request, with no lock-in clauses.
