  3. Go live

    A short overlap with your old tools, then Ubrix takes over. Live in about seven days.*

* 7 days is a typical go-live for a residential SME or mid-market housebuilder. Actual timeline depends on plot volume, number and complexity of integrations, existing data quality, team availability for kick-off sessions, and any bespoke configuration. Larger multi-region operations run to a longer plan agreed up front. We confirm the right timeline together at kick-off.

    Open defects, plot histories and correspondence all come across.

  • No migration fees

    Import, mapping, test runs and go-live support are included.
